What is Taste of Dublin?

Taste of Dublin is the ultimate summer celebration of food, drink, and community spirit in Ireland’s capital. Now in its 20th year, this iconic event brings together Dublin’s top chefs, restaurants, artisan producers, and foodies for a long weekend of gourmet discovery. Held annually in the heart of the city, the festival transforms Merrion Square into a vibrant, flavour-packed paradise with live cooking demos, masterclasses, street-style eats, craft cocktails, music, and more.
For 2025, the festival is pulling out all the stops to celebrate two decades of deliciousness. Attendees can expect even more chef appearances, exclusive tastings, new restaurant collaborations, and fun activations from some of Ireland’s best-known lifestyle and food brands. As always, Taste of Dublin is a feast not just for your taste buds, but for your eyes and ears too.
When and Where Will Taste of Dublin 2025 Take Place?
Taste of Dublin 2025 is set to return to the lush surrounds of
Merrion Square from
12th to 15th June, right in the middle of Ireland’s most food-friendly season. This four-day event is split into eight sessions (two per day) with separate tickets for each, allowing you to choose the ideal time for your visit.
